The rancor and lack of civility, unfounded allegations and innuendos, personal agendas and dirty tricks are enough to make citizens of Derby feel like they are living in Washington, DC. What happened to transparency, integrity, honor, and fairness? Board members are supposed to be akin to civil servants - not much serving there and a lot of manipulating going on. Soap operas aren't this good.
