BIG PLANS FOR AIRPORT

A light plane assembly and distribution center along with a flight school is slated to open at the Newport State Airport. Jay Peak owners Bill Stenger and Ariel Quiros introduced Thomas Peghiny, president of Flight Design USA, to make the announcement Thursday at a press conference that included Gov.
