Today is Betty Barrett’s son’s, Michael Narducci’s, birthday. However, there won’t be a fancy cake or presents. Narducci lost his life to suicide in 2004. This weekend Barrett and others who belong to the group “Out of the Darkness” spread the word about mental health awareness at their booth at Vermont’s North Country Chamber of Commerce Expo at the Newport State Airport.
