BURLINGTON–The official conclusion to the 2013-2014 Vermont high school hockey season came on Saturday evening at the Make-A-Wish All-Star Game between the top seniors from Vermont and New Hampshire at UVM's historic Gutterson Field House.
The two games featured a total of five players from Orleans County.
Corrina Cota and Meghan Martin skated in the girl's game, and the trio of Ross DeLaBruere, Nate Marsh and Ryan Paul in the boy's.
It turned out to be a wonderful showing for our area athletes, as they tallied three goals and four assists between the five of them.
The Northeast Kingdom squad also swept the Team Vermont MVP voting, with Meghan taking home the girl's plaque, and Nate bringing home the boy's.
