NEWPORT CITY – Isaiah Dowland, seven, is rising above the teasing of some of his classmates at Newport City School and growing his hair long enough to be made into a pony tail for one special reason – so he can donate the hair to Locks of Love.
Locks of Love is a public, non-profit organization that provides hairpieces from real hair to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada who are suffering from long term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
