JAY–The North Country girls exacted a measure of revenge on the Brattleboro Colonels Saturday night, defeating their opponents 4-0 to even the season series at 1-1.
"It was a good solid win," said NCU coach Claude Paul. "I don't think we gave too many chances for them to score, and we shut down their top player Maddie Rollins."
Mikaella Doran recorded her ninth shut-out of the year, stopping seven shots as the Falcons move to 14-3-1.
Alex Fellows had eleven saves for 4-12 Brattleboro.
The girls will close out the regular season on the road, starting on Wednesday when they head to Burlington to face Rice at 7:35.
