Raymond H. Powers, 89, of Irasburg passed away suddenly on April 28, 2011 in Newport. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at the Irasburg Cemetery with the Rev. Harvey Bartlett officiating. Military honors will be held.
