Draper–– Ronald Edmund, 68, of West Charleston, VT passed away on August 13, 2012 in Newport, VT.  There will be no calling hours. In accordance with his wishes, there will be a small service at his late home in West Charleston at noon on Sunday, August 19, 2012. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to American Cancer Society, Vermont Division, 55 Day Lane, Williston, VT 05495.
