Mr. Ralph Swett of Evansville, Vermont and Ms. Jackie Swett of Barton, Vermont announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Swett of Denver, NC to Frank Shupe of Denver, NC, the son of Frank and Linda Shupe of Anawalt, West Virginia.
