That's One Way to Prep a Track

Gary Johnson is spearheading a campaign to get a new track facility installed at North Country Union High School. The cost is estimated at $150,000.00, and his group has raised around $30,00.00 so far. Right now, the team uses a car with mattress springs tied to the back to prep the track for use.
