LYNDONVILLE - A southbound train at the Red Village Road Crossing on Route 5 in Lyndonville spilt a 51-foot trailer in half yesterday.

Train crew members Mark Fortin and Dana Cheney told police they were proceeding south when the driver of the semi drove in front of them.
