FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY, Warrant Issued for Arrest

The state police on Monday issued an arrest warrant for the man who reportedly allowed about 20 cows to die on his farm. Donovan Steele, 24, is facing 13 felony counts of aggravated cruelty of animals causing undue pain and a misdemeanor charge of cruelty to animals. Bail is set at $10,000.
