LeBlanc Found Not Competent To Stand Trial

On Tuesday morning Judge Robert Bent ruled Herman LeBlanc was not competent to stand trial. The ruling was based on an evaluation by Dr. Johnathan Weker, a court appointed psychiatrist. The Orleans County States Attorney’s office did not contest the findings. Read more in today's Newport Daily Express.
